Well if they are taking work at a loss then that directly affects their compensation doesn’t it? How do you think the employees feel about that? One of the points made by SO – IL in a recent article on their ‘misunderstood job posting’ was that their pay includes profit salary to make up for lower base pay. Your employees shouldn’t work like they own your business - because they don’t.
